The outskirts of an abandoned strip mine in what used to be called Western Pennsylvania, now referred to as PAWVA. This is where Public Housing Authority 432B stands, an almost un-livable tenement for Sub-100s from the 11th and 12th PGUs. Robyn Viega and Derek Fane once co-habited here until she left him due to his addiction to SMARF.
